NuMark Building Corporation began as a discussion around the family dinner table over the course of several years. Ron “Nuper” Nunnikhoven and his three sons, Isaac, Levi and Lance had almost 30 years of post-frame building construction experience between them at the time. They had always tossed around the idea of starting their own business and pursuing a common passion that would allow them to work together and provide for their families. That discussion became a reality in the Fall of 2008 as the Nunnikhoven’s took a “leap of faith” and began their family business, known today as NuMark Building Corporation.
In 2024, Nuper made the decision to step back from full-time sales, allowing him more time to enjoy the things he loves. On January 1, 2025 full ownership officially passed to Isaac, Levi and Lance. Today, the company proudly carries forward with the same ideas and principles under the second generation – while the 3rd Generation is already stepping in, with two grandsons joining the team to learn the business.
The Nunnikhoven family consider themselves very blessed with the great opportunities and customers that have been put in front of them!
