Isaac Nunnikhoven is NuMark’s current President, Operations Manager and co-owner. He handles estimating, order processing and manages the jobs schedule as well as inventory. Isaac has a key role in keeping the customers satisfied and making sure the proper materials are ordered in a timely manner and delivered on schedule to keep our crews rolling.

When not working, Isaac enjoys golfing and spending time on his acreage with his 2 Vizsla’s Brittany and Sage.

  

 

 

Lance Nunnikhoven is NuMark’s Project Manager and co-owner. His job is to oversee all aspects of each construction project to ensure the quality and standards that are Numark’s foundation. Lance is very hands-on so don’t be surprised if you see him lending a hand with sheeting or even swinging a hammer. Lance is the friendly, knowledgeable face that customers have come to depend on!

Lance is married to his wife Leann and has two sons. He enjoys fishing and golfing when he has time off.

 

Levi Nunnikhoven moved from foreman to full-time Sales in January 2025 and is also co-owner. His firsthand experience in construction provides valuable insight, allowing him to better understand how projects come together and effectively guide customers in determining their needs.

In his spare time, Levi enjoys spending time with his wife Angie and their kids as well as fishing and golfing.

  

 

 

Ron “Nuper” Nunnikhoven has transitioned from President, co-owner and sole Salesman to a more relaxed role as part-time Sales Manager. Nuper has a strong passion for sales and believes in taking care of his customers. Sales was and still is his true calling!

Most days you will find Nuper ‘walking the pasture’ (aka golfing). He also enjoys painting, entertaining his grandchildren, going on mission trips and spending time with his “Hottie”.

 

Along the way, NuMark Building Corporation has grown its team by adding numerous foremen, crew members, and office staff to better support their customers. Each team member brings the same dedication and pride to their work as the owners, which is what truly sets NuMark apart. Without their commitment and hand work, NuMark would not be where it is today!
